Locate the MiG's hint_localizer.lua file, open it with something that doesn't mess up file structure (for example notepad++) and in the fifth line change "RU" to "EN". i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

Vincent90 Posted August 20, 2016 Posted August 20, 2016 That occurs when the standard Windows Notepad is used. To modify the file, you need to use Notepad++. It is a small program which can be easily uninstalled after use :) You can also set the standard cockpit language to English (or was it Russian?) and then tick the "custom cockpit" box in the Special-> MiG-21bis box. Note that this will influence all DCS aircraft.

assafm25 Posted August 21, 2016 Author Posted August 21, 2016 WORK !!! I found the Hint_localizer file was lacking. probable my first attempt to change was from the regular Win Notepad.
