F-18C Pilot in tan flight suit...Mod

Hey Guys

My Squadron uses this for our missions and flights. Its the F-18C pilot in the tan flight suit. Please download and enjoy!. Read me instructions are fairly simple. Due to the file structure a JSGME package will not be able. If you change or modify the mod please give credit where credit is due. Thanks to Home Fries for making a nice template.

***Note*** This is for the F-18 only. I haven't tested yet on the F-18A but it should work fine.

Hey uscstaylor, is there any way to have the internal cockpit model pilot have the tan flight suit also? In other words, inside the cockpit, I look down at the pilots body and it still has a green suit on. Im looking at that most of the time, not the outside model, that why I ask. Thanks for your reply!

Yes, though I have done it already as a cockpit mod. I just can't get it working in-game. I can get the desert pilot to load in the model viewer, but I can't display the texture even if I select the "cockpit" in-game.

 

Also, FWIW, based on the age of this thread, Badger's desert hornet skins are for the legacy model. You need an updated texture to use a desert skin in the Lot 20 Hornet. Fortunately, any of my Hornet skins have exactly that!

If I'm not mistaken I think someone did do a tan pilot suit for one of their skins...

Now if in the future the pilot has the option of having the flight helmet without the HMS bulge thing. He looks like an escaped extra from some bad 50's horror film.
