Cristofer Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Is there any good (and free) program for doing voice recordings, where you can add effects like radio noise and other things?
Sryan Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Audacity It doesn't do what you want right out of the box (click and done) But if you add a high-pass filter and amplify the sound by a couple of dB you get a pretty good effect. if you add an empty second track, apply some white noise, use the same high-pass filter and use the amplifier to actually reduce the output by a few dB to create a static effect or to use as a sound for when the radio turns on or off. It's free. Check my F-15C guide

sobek Posted November 10, 2016 Posted November 10, 2016 I recently switched to reaper. It's not free but can be evaluated for free and the license costs 60$, which is extremely cheap for a sequencer. Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
