  1. It will be released february 27. That's my guess.
  2. With an Afganistan map, we need riding mujaheddin soldiers.
  3. For me it happens only when flying over water, I think.
  4. Forgot this thread. Thanks for the answer. A follow up question. If I set the score 51-74 and 75+, to have two different missions in stage 2 (mission A & B). So if get 75 points in stage 1, I will go to mission B in stage 2. But from there? If the mission fails, I want it to restart on the same mission. If I put the score on 50 on mission start, what happens then? I will remain on stage 2, but how do I make it to start with mission B?
  5. Before I spend more money on this sim, I want to know if the countless AI problems are taken care of. Bug report you say, does it matter I say? When problems are years old. Planes chrashes into hills, get stuck on taxiways, wingmans refuse to do anything, can't fly low level, cannot use the weapons correct etc etc etc. Compared to "that other sim" , DCS is lightyears behind. Please devs, make AI great again. Note: I am only playing in single player.
  6. What are you guys talking about? We got the Mig 28.
  7. I think there is something special with the fueltanks, they won´t stay dead for some reason (for the map objects). Static objects are those you add in the mission editor and can be viewed in the game with F12. They will stay dead as far as I know.
  8. Could their next jet be Tornado? Ground radar, multi crew...
  9. Great!! Thanks alot, it works perfectly.
  10. Working on a F5 campaign on the Gulf map. It´s a small campaign with few units, and it works fine. It has to be something with the newer updates, since I am also working on a campaign in Caucasus and I know it has worked in 2.5 before. Haven´t played for a couple of weeks, and now it´s not working.
  11. Is it possible to make a campaign with a "tree structure"? For example if there multiple outcomes in a mission, that will lead to different follow up missions.
  12. How do I get aerodrome ID from the airfields, from the Persian Gulf map? I can't find that information. Elevation, radio and cordinates can I get, but not aerodrome id. Any ideas?
  13. How do I know the airdrome id on airfields? (for mbot DCE)
  14. Will missions designed with the open beta work with the release version?
  15. The correct release date: two weeks. This is confirmed.
  16. Is it possible to have CAS kind of missions, where you fly to a specific area and engage enemy units nearby? Like a CAP, but A-G instead of A-A.
  17. Is it possible to make a campaign with no human players? Could be useful for testing when your own flying skills are not the best :) Also, kind of fun to just watch.
  18. A great idea. Midnight sun on the summer, no sun at all on midwinter :)
  19. It´s happened again, see submitted images. In the mission, I destroyed three parked aircrafts. Two AI SU-30 bombed some shelters. First pass they bombed one shelter each, the second run they bombed the same shelter. (On several attack runs the AI seems to attack the same target on the second run).
  20. I have some problems/questions (reworking my first campaign Red bear with the newest version of DCE). First, when AI planes are going to bomb something, they will almost every time break off and fly around in a big circle before engaging their targets. This is probably not a DCE thing, but is there any way to prevent this? Sometimes when exiting the CMD window dissapears before I can accept or decline the mission, and the debriefing text file never appears at all. Any ideas? Is there a way to increase anti radiation missiles success rate? When a weapons takes damage, for example an anti ship cruise missile that the ship are trying to shoot down, an error message appears.
  21. There is a trigger called scenery destruction in the list, but I can´t get it to work. Well, 2.5 is hopefully just around the corner. However, bombed targets are removed from the target list, so for now it is just a cosmetical issue.
