I haven't checked your track file :) I tried it. Not that I understand much but the left goes very stringy and then the right but I can still recover even at 5000 AGL

The track doesn't play correctly on stable version. It gets desync'ed and crashes the plane after the first two 6G turn attempts.

Weird :-P it's recorded in stable tho. I will try to record a video anytime soon.

Have the same bug here.

I play the game a few weeks ago, so yesterday the game downloaded a huge update and I tried the MiG 21 (instant action -cold start). During the takeoff the roll axis was very sensitive. The plane tried to roll in the left direction without moving the stick, and after correction I figured out the stick is very sensitive. I haven't changed the axis controls so I used the default settings.

Before the latest patch the plane was very stable, I could fly without holding the joystick, now it is almost impossible.

Yes it is. I use curve setting for roll about 45 with a bit of deadzone to compensate that. Pitch and rudder is normal.

I had to reduce the curves to 25 for roll else horrible wobble of the wings during approach / landing. Pitch is all 0. I am really not sure why even with an extended stick I need curves but anyway.

Please redo the video. But what I can tell ya is that the left wing will dance and then the right wing and will slip on the ring wing and then the nose will oscillate but it's easy to get her back.

Yeah I know. Again i am not commenting for how the stall is working ir how it recovers etc. There is very weird and very violent behavior during the stall and the revovery of the ac which does not seem to be anything at all normal behavior of a stalled airframe.

I will have more time to make a vid this week. The track is buged also for me know....:O

Anyone care to submit a bug report here?:

https://leatherneck-sim.mantishub.io/my_view_page.php

With what tools ? The only tool is the trk files and are buged like hell.

Alternative I need 15-20 mins to fly and reproduce the bug. Record the track, install a video maker software, edit the video, wait to render and wait to upload. Or I could fly, save the track and share my problem.

Or just post a Tacview log.

Exactly. Maybe watching the ACMI file in Tacview will remove the kite like thing also. Seeing a plane simulated on the edge of envelope with a fix external camera can be confusing. Seeing it from fixed reference with the ground could change perspective on the bug.

For me the issues are sensitivity of the stick , it's a very stupid thing that i feel every time the sensitivity changes with the same settings. Sometimes she is too wobbly at approach speed or sometimes not.

Maybe that violent behavior could be correct ?

OK I made a vid to demonstrate it.

The mig is a joy to fly, I hope this will be twiked and eveyone will be happy again.

One complain, I understand LN is in deep with the other projects but I would be a really happy customer if they did take some time to post changelogs and communicate with us when we are testing and bug posting even when we are siming in a RELEASE brunch. Thank you.

I will post the vid here when I'll upload it.

I dont understand how this is normal behaviour in an fighter jet aircraft that us traveling at average airspeed (700km ) pulling average g (6) at medium - low altitudes. The pilot even blacked out like it hit a wall or something. If you have other simikar normal behaviours real life or in sim please share

I'm not saying Mig21 FM is perfect but at the end of the envelope we should be a bit indulgent. Not too much but a bit.

Look at this F16. Sure it has asymmetric load but this is also real thing moving through real air and not some numbers going crazy at the edge of some mathematics formula. Still it is scary if you were to be inside.

Very interesting vid. But not only its assymetrical load causes extensive yaw slip but also it is flying at 35k with less air density. Similar but nit that close and also not that violent. The mig is stalling one way on the vid and recovers amazingly the same way one the other roll axis.

Sorry for typos crap phone.
