Since upgrading to the newest version of DCS World 1.5 I have a problem: I am asked to activate all my modules. They worked perfectly before the update, so I suspect (but am not sure) that the update somehow caused my activations to be deleted. Of course I would rather not re-activate; who knows how badly I will need the remaining activations in the future. Strangely, when I press ‘exit’ on the activation request I get the same request again once or twice. After again pressing ‘exit’ the request for the next module is presented. I am not sure whether all modules need to be reactivated, but I definitely think so. Can you tell me what to do?

Best regards, and thanks in advance,

Stickshaker

I'm having the same problem. Since updating to the newest version of 1.5, half of my modules are asking for keys: F-5E, L-39 and Mi-8. No hardware changes.

Can we skip this update, wait for the next, and then install the next without any problems?

Yes. The way the updater works enables it to skip from any version to any other version without having to download the updates that were made in between.

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

Hi, I just got around to updating my install, and all my keys are gone. I look in the web front end, and they're all now activated by the email address that I bought them from back in April. How is that possible if they were activated in my account?

I waited until the next update. All my activations were back for one day, then I again got the request to re-activate. I did, and each time (fortunately) got the message that the module was already activated. After that I had no more activation requests or other problems. I added the Spitfire with no problem and everything seems fine now. So, in the end I did not lose any activations.
