Mission 9: lead & Saxon flight do not move

How is this and other mission problems not fixed yet, but they're moving on to new aircraft?

I feel like money is more important. Just get early access money and move onto the next one after a few fixes.

I've started to play the campaign this week ... I've waited a long time after the release hoping the main bugs would have been fixed but no luck ...

 

First mission I had a AI convoy crashing into planes on the taxiway, then I had the lead circling forever in the mission 6 (updated mission fixed it) and now I have this mission 9 with Tornados never taking off (will try the updated mission for this one too) ...

 

The campaign is great but so many bugs (bugs coming from ED or RAZBAM I don't know and frankly I don't care who made the mistake I just want the thing fixed)

The campaign was working perfectly not long ago, but there was a recent bug in the AI, in DCS.

 

For information, the author of the campaign has absolutely no control over this, nor Razbam who provides the aircraft.

I am really sorry guys, it really sucks to see that the campaign I spent so much time to make as perfect as possible just won't work due to some stupid bug. As Redglyph says, not much that I or RAZBAM can do about it. I will report it to ED hoping that it will get fixed.

 

In the meantime I will try to find some workarounds for M1 and 9 and post them in the "updates" part of the forums. Nothing else I can do I am afraid.

 

Unfortunately with almost each patch for 1.5 something else stops working as intended. Trust me, it is as (or even more) frustrating for me than for you, but I understand it - ED strives to make the game better and there are so many components that it is impossible to avoid such mistakes.

its a bit of a shame that mission designer are left out by ED, you are the guys who bringing this game to life! they should really fix the easy stuff like AI taxing and stuff. Its frustrating for both sides when such easy thins not work.

are you using the stable version of dcs or the beta?

 

i was always on the beta version, have to try the stable instead. mybe this will help
