For the whiskey compass still missing a corresponding ID. I hope we still get that.

I'll take another look at the Jettison selection switches. Thanks for the bug report, Guppy

To the Jettison selection switches. Just wait a few seconds. Then you can disable it again. I think it's so simulated.

Upload version 1.4.5.3k Development Build. Most of it is for M-2000C.

In the path 'ExportsModules' is a new M-2000C.lua. Please install accordingly.

Ok first 3 positions switch works well.

Here is what i found so far:

-Validate data entry of the INS doesn't work

- INS digits aren't working while data entry

- INS Pcn sub r b doesn't work

-Ins operrational mode knob turn opposite to the sim

- Hud Switch should be in lower position by default

- Radar altimeter power Switch should be in lower position by default

- BR, DA, D2M and decoy release mode Switch should be in lower position by default

- D2M switch doesn't work

- Tacan mode select knob work but come back to the default position by itself

I got a simple profile set up for the Hornet with just a few gauges on a second monitor. After saving it I run DCS to test it, but it's not working like there's no data going through.

Did it work with our profiles?

You know the M-2000C extremely well. Are you a pilot?

If only :)

No just a well documented french passionate, i'm relatively new on DCS and i have to say that the M-2000C is very realistic and pleasent to fly.

Your work is a great addition to it, i'll be glad to help improve it.

i figured out the issue. it needs to be SwitchOffOn not button.

also, have you considered allowing for keyboard strokes to be assigned to buttons? i ask because you technically could use Ikarus beyond just switches and such and create custom touch screen profiles for FC aircraft that are based on keyboard commands.

Hello, Guppy,

The FC airplanes are not addressed by keystrokes.

We use a DCS internal ID system for this purpose.

Therefore, we can also send from Ikarus the keystrokes to DCS via network.

Please have a look at the Su-25T profile as an example, there are already a few keys stored.

Since there were over 400 possible IDs in this ID system and I did not want to search for the usable IDs for every FC aircraft, I simply stored all available IDs for all aircraft.

But there are some restrictions with buttons and the FC airplanes.

You can only use "buttons", because in FC everything can only be controlled by actions.

Either the button then switches only on or off (e.g. light, landing gear), or it is switched between different functions (e.g. weapon selector switch).

Some button functions are described with "joystick" or "mouse", these functions can also be used with a rotary control unit (e.g. trim).

Almost everything that can be set in the keyboard control of the respective aircraft can also be done with the buttons via Ikarus.

You have to try everything else.

CU Micha

Any help from you is of course very welcome. This cooperation gives us a good result. We thank you for your support.

I would also like to become a pilot. DCS is a great thing. That's why I'm developing for it almost every day. I feel happy when I land well.

Of course I do not know which Ikarus version you are using. In the current version I use the class ButtonOffOn for it. It sends the same data as SwitchOffOn. Only the graphics are treated differently.

Keep it up.

maybe you should unpack the zip - file completely ... It works for me after the latest DCS updates. I am a DCS - Beta User ... For me it works without problems.

As far as I can see I have all files unzipped. I also us Beta. I'll try again.

There is no difference in the use of Ikarus. Whether F15 or F18 ... F15 is just FC3 with much fewer options.

Did you update our Exportscript? Otherwise it can not work.

Yes I'm using the latest versions of the Exportscript and Ikarrus. The gauges for the F18 just aren't working for me. Even using the original profile without making any changes doesn't work. I can push buttons like turning the tacan on and entering a frequency but that's it. Not even lamps working.
