As for a grip and stick well a THWH stick may be an option for a fraction of the cost. depending on your budget and if you want a replica floor mount.

I don't know of anyone who has owned one. I contacted them about a year ago. They only had one model, an F-16 replica, that they would sell for personal use. Pricing was around $3000.
