It say here I can't use my bonus. And I got a newsletter that say I can

IIRC, bonus points are not applicable to purchases of third party products.

 

Note that the newsletter says, most modules, as opposed to all.

Some 3rd party developers participate in the bonus program, and others do not. You can go to the store, if bonus money is offered for the purchase, you can use your bonus money to pay for the order as well.

I did not pay attention to bonuses they has some kind of duration. That's why I lost $60. This is particularly annoyed me, and I since then I haven't bought a single module. Why do we give bonuses when we can not use anytime and for what we want?
