hello, i would like to change my old 8gb ram i5 processor 3,60ghz with a new ssd disk......do you think it is safe to transfer dcs from one disk to another without mess things up?

An ssd is not a disc.

There's not any danger in trying it. If it doesn't work it is easy to re-install. If you are migrating from a HDD to an SSD then that should work.
