Yes it's the PCA

I'd like to build myself a mirage cockpit but I'm only 17 and I live with my parents so that's not possible for the moment ^^

I'm using Catia with a student license.

How do you want to manufacture it ?

If it's machining, square holes are not easy to do. You should do a through hole. You also need to prepare the place for wires and screen, a 3D model is good way to see how to plug things together but you have to be aware of what is feasable to do according to the manufacturing process.
