And here's where you are just plain wrong. For two days, we have been trying to convey you that all you have been saying are your point of view and subjective wishes, and trying to proxy your attempts of pressuring a developer to change a product as criticism.

 

It is NOT a lesser product, it is just not the exact version you want, and that's it :).

 

We are trying to convey this to you, but so far have not been able to do that apparently.

 

I for one, really don't think that I fit for fanboy definition in the least, nor have I been against criticism. In fact, full disclosure: I really would not be surprised at all if I am featured in some list of persona non grata by Sith and/or Wags :D. Prior to them getting their act together and providing full mauals with their products, and finalizing features / fixing bugs in a timely manner, I've been giving Belsimtek hell here on forums. There are more than one dev studios I am currently boycotting.

 

This has nothing in the least to do with fanboyism, it just isn't. We are just trying to convey you that, your "lesser product" point of view, is nothing more than subjective, and we have been trying to say this, politely if I may add so.

I have to say one thing, and I don´t care if I´m going to be banned from the forum: after two days of debate, I can´t find a single opinion that don´t come from "fanboyism". As we say in spanish, "sostenerla y no enmendarla".

 

Then you either haven't been reading them, or have wilfully failed to comprehend the opinions expressed.

 

Your desire for a specific, more advanced, variant of the F5 is not "wrong" in itself, but it's equivalent to asking for a 2017 Mustang, when the product on offer is a '69 Mustang. The 2017 Mustang may be faster, more fuel efficient and safer, but it's not a substitute for the '69 in any sense other than they have 4 wheels, a roughly similar body shape and you can use them both to go to the shops quite quickly.

 

You are asking for a different product, not a better product.
