Map Won't Drag at Times

In the release version of 1.5.6, most of the time, when in map view, the 'hand' drag to move the map with the mouse just doesn't work.

In addition, sometimes the 'hand' symbol is not there at all.

Is this intentional or a bug?

"me" button is enabled? if so it doesn't drag

The 'Me' button suggestion solved one the situations. I didn't know about that. Thanks!

The drag doesn't work in Mission Editor, Create Fast Mission or Mission options. The 'hand' symbol doesn't show up when I click and drag. Is it suposed to?

Mission Editor map drag = Right mouse button
