pcnsl.exe deactivation DOES NOT WORK!

Running it from

C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\MIG-21bis\bin

 

Attempt to deactivate DOES NOT WORK! With following error message;

"Unable to deactivate the product license due to integrity fault of the Activation Key. Only valid licenses can be deactivated.

To obtain an error report and send it to product technical support, click the corresponding button."

 

Mig-21 developers. Check your work, and procedures.

I tried the pcnsl.exe with the same result you mention. Once I followed the Deleting product registry entries method mentioned in the PDF, it was all good.

Worked finally.

Procedure that worked for me.

Deactivate in DCS World (stable release)

Reactivate in DCS World Open Beta Upd 1.

Unfourtunatly it cost me some 5 DRM tries , before it worked.

As soon as I fixed 1.5.6 Mig21bis DRM, I lost it in 2.0.5 Upd 1. The proccess of fixing Mig-21 in 1.5.6 broke it in 2.0.5.

Dave, why don't you read the info that has been passed around many times now?

 

If you deactivate MiG-21 in order to activate and make it work in the newly patched 1.5 Open Beta, it no longer works in 2.0.x, nor in 1.5 stable!

 

Magnitude is in the process of updating the DRM system one patch at a time.

So, you can no longer use your MiG-21 in 2.0 Alpha or 1.5 stable, not until they have been patched as well.

My DCS automatically updates the game. I still don'y understand what needs to be done :( :(... I can't even deactivated..how am I supposed to activate? I have the latest update on my DCS game (as always when the game starts).. I don't know how else and what else to update. I don't know what else and how else to update anything more...is there?? Is that what auto update suppose to do?? HELP!!!! :( :( I haven't flew the MIG-21Bis since that last 2 updates I think..that's when all this started.

Just erase any MiG-21 data from your registry, using the file form the link below...
