Nice pic but it looks like a Su25.

 

The photo ship is a two-seater which is probably why the author of the website called the photo a 'Su-39'.

But I'm not an expert.

 

Just love in-flight photo's, especially when there are still cockpit parts visible.

It's a su-25UBK, K for export, not carrier landing capable. It's fron the Czech airforce or something (some eastern Europe, Soviet-influenced nation at least).

That'd be Bulgaria, from their BVVS - Bulgarski Voennovazdushni Sili.
