Terrain Restriction=False no longer working

As pert title. After updating to 1.5.6.4546.280 Update 2, setting Terrain Restriction to False in the Server.lua file does not work. External camera is still restricted by the ground.

The false Value works here.

It started working for me after a system restart. It used to work immediately after saving the .lua file.
