Elapsed time clock second hand sweep not working

The white elapsed time second hand sweep does not work in the F-15C (and A-10A) in stable release 1.5.6.4546.280 Update 2 of Apr. 21, 2017. This was also broken in the previous patch. The red elapsed time second hand sweep does work in all the Russian FC3 aircraft.

I can confirm. Elapsed time key commands have no effect in the A-10A and F-15 cockpits.
