Without this argument, 2 cockpits are visible and 1st is on top of 2nd. P.S. Maybe not on top but literally inside. if you give your exported edm file a nane like cockpit_F-16A.edm and use it as a cockpit ,u dont need make any arg 114 and the cockpit will not seen in F2 view.the game makes it.

There is no way to explain where did you get original .max file, and in entry.lua developer name says "Hellaspilot". This would explain everything how you solved uscstaylor's problems. Hellaspilot said some time ago, that he will keep improving this mod, and here is reworked cockpit, and I'm pretty sure it's till WIP and it will get better. :D Sorry for my theories... Those are probably wrong.

You are all free to play around with my mod as you will but I am busy this month so you will have to wait untill February for updates. Many thanks for sharing your notes of the changes you applied to the variables of the .lua files. I hope to improve my work a lot, but keep in mind this is a free mod.

=OPS=Slider Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 (edited) I just checked, the cockpit is still in the wrong place. It's too far moved forward and too high. When you "open" canopy, it goes through the seat in the cockpit. This is the canopy in the process of opening. If we move it to the right place, we can see 2 cockpits, 1st custom, and 2nd of an F-16s model seen from outside. And here we need that argument #114 to hide cockpit of F-16s model, to see only 1 custom cockpit from F1 view. The problem is, this 3D model is from times of Lock On, when no one ever thought about custom cockpits, so there was no need to implement this argument for every single 3D model. Now you get my point or still not? Maybe someone more "social" can explain that in easier way. I nominate CubanAce :D Edited June 14, 2017 by =OPS=Slider1709
