Yes people say it's limited and doesn't carry spamraam, but as the sim builds, and combined arms hopefully gets a good working into it, wouldn't all you future Hornet pilots love a mission where the F-117s go in and knock out Sam's and radar, while the Combined arms guys on radar are trying to get a lock on a humming bird, or firing and Hoping for a splash, or seeing if blue commander sends them on the same path flight after flight....

Plus, who doesn't love TV and laser guided Bombs? Youtube replay and ad cash baby.

Then while we're (the F117 flight) leaving, as Red fighters are closing in on the explosions and going radar blind save for on board, the Tomcat Team engages from range with phoenix, knocking out that wave as the F18s soar into the Red Zone now, engaging the last of the fighter defense as they desperately try to respawn, only for the F18s carrying heavy ordinance blast them on the runway, and finally deliver a bunker busters that kills the enemy team captain in his airport bunker.

The whole while the Harriet's and Viggen sank the Red cruisers, and destroyed tanks and other support vehicles from the opposite direction, using their HARMS to open the hole for the A10s on ground duty mop up armor and

and low flying helicoptes trying to get the last brass out of harms way.

The thing is F-117 were not, have not and would never be SEAD/DEAD capable, there are not invisible to radar, only hard to see. So the F/A-18 pilot would do the SEAD, the Strike a it's own CAP while the F-117 can't drop bombs because there is smoke/dust/weather on the target.

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

We do have a mod of this aircraft.

A B-2 as well.

It could be used as ai only.

"Yeah, and though I work in the valley of Death, I will fear no Evil. For where there is one, there is always three. I preparest my aircraft to receive the Iron that will be delivered in the presence of my enemies. Thy ALCM and JDAM they comfort me. Power was given unto the aircrew to make peace upon the world by way of the sword. And when the call went out, Behold the "Sword of Stealth". And his name was Death. And Hell followed him. For the day of wrath has come and no mercy shall be given."

You do have a wild imagination, but keep dreaming :)

Maybe not SEAD, but putting them on a deep strike mission to take out C4I nodes prior to the first strike packages could be a lot of fun.

Our good friend Home fries knows what the deal is, watching RWR flash warnings all around you... Sweat drips from under your hat.. almost obscuring your track IR.... You grip the throttle tighter in anticipation of a quick maneuver and chip the paint......Your carpal tunnel acts up just when it's time to reach the bomb Bay open key... you strain through the pain, reaching out with your pinkey turning on the laser.... Pickle....A 2000 pound bomb drops as you bank right, watching the laser dance on the screen.... The bomb comes into frame... 3..2...1.... Vvvvwwwvzzzzzzz.

Mom! That was Sadaam Palace! You can't kill Sadaam or Hitler any more today till you finish your homework. Your dad will be home soon, and you know he hates it when the throttle is sweaty from you, so make sure to wipe it Down!

- No RWR https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3162711&postcount=10 http://www.f-16.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=53045

- Weapons bay door open automatically IIRC

- You can't bank or the Downward Looking Infrared (DLIR) will loose track, you have to fly straight until impact.
