crazyeddie Posted September 16, 2018 Posted September 16, 2018 I think that's something to with it being a psb type file, from what I understand that's a format design for a very large file size. None of my old software progs will open it so I'm guessing you need Photoshop to get into it, and somebody reported that the psb's for this model are screwed up and it wont open, but I don't know about that for certain not having Photoshop myself.

crazyeddie Posted September 16, 2018 Posted September 16, 2018 Joey Sorry mate, these files are coming out as 8192 x 4096 size and my PhotoImpact Software does not have a big enough memory capacity to open them. I have never had a 4096 x 4096 psd file to work with so I'm not sure if it would even open that, but willing to try if you can change the size. Ed
