I realise this is a massive longshot. But however maybe the community can help.

I watched a youtube video some time ago and it was in relation to the INS. The guy in the tutorial has in his description even that you might need a calculator and converted between what the F10 view gave as a coord and what the M2000 can accept in it's INS.

This isn't so much about what I want to know about the INS and more this fella was very knowledgable of the A/C and I would love to watch some more videos of his.

Does anyone know of this tutorial and can they send a link if they do. I have scowered youtube for the last week and still can't find it so this is my last resort i'm afraid. Hopefully someone can help?

I get what you want, do you want to convert MGRS to longitude and latitude?

The mirage accepts Longitude and Latitude, you can see these values in the F10 view aswell, top left in the f10 screen.

I did not find a video about this either... maybe its gone

If it's what I'm thinking you're asking for is how to convert Lat/Long from DD MM.MMM (Degrees Minute-decimal minute) to D M S (Degrees minute seconds) or perhaps the other way around.

Just write down the Degrees and Minutes and multiply the decimal-minutes by 60 for the seconds. 34° 36.250' (0.250 x 60=15) = 34° 36' 15"

-or-

Write down the Degrees and Minutes and divide the seconds by 60 for the decimal-minutes. 117° 34' 45" (45 / 60 = 0.750) = 117° 34.750'

I hope that was what you're asking.
