I can't check since I'm on my phone, but I guess you did it the same way I had it for years as well: replacing the 109 cross dds. But then only half of the models displayed the sucker, as the other half had an EMPTY decal placed in the description.lua. So some adjustment was necessary even before. Now the only way to pass IC is the way I uploaded it. Really annoying.

 

If you place my files in the saved games folder, it works but all default planes will show up twice in the selection menu. Been there, done that. :/

 

Usually I'm lazy and you can trust that I'll do things the easiest way possibly that works. :p

I would say that until you find the correct procedure to pass the IC in multiplayer it would be better not to release this mod otherwise it creates only confusion, obviously personal opionion ...

Sure, but not in the next week. I'm off skiing. Don't put the mod in the saved games folder for the reason I mentioned above! It's better to use it as I uploaded.

I replaced all custom cocpit with clean windshield in Saved Games\DCS (or DCS.openalpha or DCS.openbeta)

Now All WWII fighters checked pass IC and Spitfire too!!!

in Saved Games folder we have folders of DCS,DCS.openalpha and DCS.openbeta

in each such folder there is a Liveries folder

And each Liveries folder we have all our custom cocpits and custom skins

C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\ ----------------------- ------ for DCS World (1.5.8 )

C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\DCS.openalpha\Liveries\ ------------------ for DCS World 2 OpenAlpha (2.2.0 )

C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\ ------------------- for DCS World OpenBeta (1.5.8 )

in ...\Liveries\ folders need to put all cocpits and all svastik skins

If you have several installed versions of DCS (like me) , You can leave your mods in only one DCS folder in Saved Games and in the others make a hard link

Before Run Liveries.bat check your folders DCS.openalpha & DCS.openbeta and delet here Liveries folder

in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\DCS.openalpha\Liveries delet

in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries delet

Now Run Liveries.bat and chesk , that Liveries folder appeared in

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\DCS.openalpha\Liveries

and in

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries

if this did not happen , open Liveries.bat in text-editor (Notepad++ is Best program!!!) and change everywhere %USERNAME% to your name in windows.Save and run Liveries.bat
