How to change pilots voices from russian to english?

Simple question: does anyone know how to change the speech language of the pilots , ATC, etc?

to change the voice, you need to set proper country for the aircraft in ME.

also, you need to guarantee that the corresponding voice over files exist under \Sounds\Speech\...\, currently, there are only USA, RUS, GER, ...

so if you want to hear German for pilot and ATC, then your flyable aircraft should be assigned to Germany.

in the scripts, DCS supports several other countries, but the voice over files are not there.

You could just overwrite the Russian audio files with the equivalent English files, but I'm not sure if it will pass the integrity check with the changes that have been done there lately.

Just wanted to post the solution to get English Radio calls for Russian Aircraft. Overwriting the Russian speech sound files only partly works...

 

The only real working solution is to add those aircraft to the USA (or other English countries) in the script database so they use the country's native language.

I just did this for the Su-25t and it works great.

It probably won't work for MP though..

Is there still a way to do this without breaking IC?

The speech files seem to now be hidden behind encryption!
