Actually if you type in NATOPS and the name of most Navy aircraft you can find the flight manuals. Also pocket checklists.

I started reading this and wow this document is spectacular! It is very well written and does not assume that you know anything at all. Razbam could simply include this with their module and remove any parts that are not implemented :)

I doubt this would be legal though. That is why some of the DCS user guides sometimes closely follow a pilot manual, but with enough differences to avoid any violation of copyright.
