slicker55 Posted November 21, 2017 Posted November 21, 2017 . I have recently installed a new Pioneer 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos Home Theatre System. I am currently contemplating what to do with my old gear - Onkyo AV receiver, Kef satellite speakers and active subwoofer. I have been reading some old threads which have still left me wondering if multi-channel surround sound is fully implemented in DCS? Should I simply sell my old kit or would I be missing a trick? Does anyone know if it would be worth me hooking this up to my DCS rig? javelina1 Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 for the longest time, I've had my old Yamaha A/V receiver setup to my rig. When not in my Rift, I use a 5.1 setup. Nothing like hearing a 150W sub-woofer.... :-) MSI MAG Z790 Carbon, i9-13900k, NH-D15 cooler, 64 GB CL40 6000mhz RAM, MSI RTX4090, Yamaha 5.1 A/V Receiver, 4x 2TB Samsung 980 Pro NVMe, 1x 2TB Samsung 870 EVO SSD, Win 11 Pro, TM Warthog, Virpil WarBRD, MFG Crosswinds, 43" Samsung 4K TV, 21.5 Acer VT touchscreen, TrackIR, Varjo Aero, Wheel Stand Pro Super Warthog, Phanteks Enthoo Pro2 Full Tower Case, Seasonic GX-1200 ATX3 PSU, PointCTRL, Buttkicker 2, K-51 Helicopter Collective Control

Haven't had a chance to test with DCS, but it works in Elite Dangerous, so I'd like to think it has been coded for DCS, too. Z...
