ENGINE SOUND!! NO PROGRESSION

The sound of the pegasus engine is not real at all. There is no progression when accelerating and in reality it is a characteristic very remarkable of this aircraft, especially when it lands.:cry:

You are aware that in early release, such things are a matter of routine? As such, is it really necessary to use block capitals?

 

Right now I'd suggest that there are a large number of missing features and least of all is the sound, which considering how long we've had the module isn't at all bad. No doubt given time it will get more attention, but it certainly doesn't warrant shouting!

There are plenty of bugs, missing features etc ... we just need to be patient and wait. Oh, and provide feedback to help the developer.

I hear progression as I throttle up as well as pretty decent sound in general. Idk if it's accurate, but it's more than adequate for early access. Personally I feel this is pretty low on the list of things needing addressed.

One of the many things I was impressed with in this module considering it is EA was the effort the devs have put into the accuracy of the engine sound. The idle whine is spot on. The only thing missing is the increase in its pitch when you open the throttle. With what RAZBAM have acheived so far with the Harrier, Ive no doubt they will get the sounds nailed later on.

 

When you're on a MP server there's no doubt when someone is taxying in a Harrier at your airfield.

 

Hats off to the devs for putting a bit of effort into the sounds we have in EA, considering all the other stuff they had to do.....

Yep we only had a couple weeks to implement the new sounder system in time for EA, it is definitely a WIP and that includes pitch alterations in engine rate of changes.

I should not scream, I'm sorry. But I am free to put what I want and I mean the icon. If it bothers you, do not read. But for me the sound of the engine is very important, it is about immersion to make it as real as possible and that remains a lot. If you do not like the "I do not like" icon in my country, it says "garlic and water" search it in google. And I've already been helping paying ... apart from other reports I've given out here.

 

And repeat, If you do not like my "I do not like" icon, your answer is more rude, to see if we respect a little more.

 

Maybe you have not explained me well, but it's just what "bart" says.

Razbam have stated that the sounds are WIP. In an ideal world, I (and lots of other people) shouldn't need to keep repeating this, but the term "early access" means that you are given early access to a product that isn't fully featured or otherwise finished yet. If you can't handle that, then don't buy EA products.

you are poisoning this post. I am just defending myself from what I have been told that is not right for me. And yes, I can write whatever I want as long as I respect the rules, which you are not doing. I did nothing. And if I answered that, it's because of something. I would like you not to give more importance to the personal topic and really talk about what the post is about.
