Heavy Takeoff from Tarawa

hey all. so i've been practicing taking off from the Tarawa with a heavy combat load, and i'm having trouble doing it consistently and gracefully. was wondering if there were any posted proper procedures for carrier tafeoff when you're fully loaded up with bombs/fuel/missiles/etc.

 

stuff like, nozzle angle, flaps, throttle percentage, trim degrees, min ship speed, etc

Redkite does a video demo on how to take off with a heavy load. Key is hitting the STO stop to 60 deg just before you run out of deck.
