Where to Put Repaints?

I know this is probably a very simple question and most people on here will think it's obvious, but which folder do I put repaints that I've downloaded into?

Looking at my Saved Games\DCS.openbeta, I see no Liveries\AV8BNA folder! I assume I have to make these folders?

It works .. but it's better to keep the user content on the saved games filetree.
