nose wheel pitch

sorry if this has been asked, but couldn't find it, in the first start up mission, it gets to where I'm asked to add 3 deg to the nose upp pitch, it just highlights a meter and I can find no switch/knob to adjust, and not sure of what I need to bind on the list for it to work?

Use the trim hat binding for the stick. Degrees of trim are not a set number but depends on takeoff weight etc.

It's the trim switch on the stick.

On the keyboard, your trim controls are:

 

RCtrl + , (comma) left roll

RCtrl + ; (semi-colon) nose down

RCtrl + . ( period) nose up

RCtrl + / (forward slash) right roll

 

Use the nose up combo to move the dial to roughly 3 deg.

thanks all guys, its because I haven't a stick at the moment, mines completely buggered, so flying on keyboard.......its how you say......interesting, do able just not easy with only a pair of hands :) its only the last bit of the first mission which seemed like it wouldn't work,

couldn't find the bit doodenkof mentioned. cheers

Flying with keyboard? You will have a hard time, escpecially in regards to pitch control :lol:

well, it may make you a better pilot lol, I have completed all tuts that way....yep it was hard lol, hopefully new stick will be here later this week fingers crossed
