It's not in mine (Win 10)

Maybe you deselected the option to add DCS to your windows start menu when you installed DCS?

Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

Strange they are not there

 

you can make some yourself, added a picture below to give you an idea, your install path maybe different from mine but you get the idea

 

just shortcuts

As QuiGon said it's possible I un-ticked (or didn't tick) the option to add DCS to the Start menu - I never use it.
