Norsegunar Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 (edited) Didn't see this reported yet for 2.5 but noticed on both the right and left MFCD that the text is grainy and missing parts. It's very noticeable on the Engine page. Edited February 3, 2018 by Norsegunar Specs: It's a computer...it runs DCS.... Audentes Fortuna Juvat [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Nealius Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I noticed the same in 2.5. I don't recall seeing it in 2.2.

sunski34 Posted February 4, 2018 Posted February 4, 2018 +1 same for me. And dot text too ("M" for radios)
drPhibes Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 As a temporary fix, you can do what I did: First, go to "\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\AV8BNA\Textures\AV8BNA-CPT" I opened the "AV8_RS_3S.dds" and "AV8_RS_3C_RoughMet.dds" files, and removed the dirt from the MPCDs by coloring in the screens with solid green / red, as shown in the pic below:
Nealius Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 It's supposed to be dirt? Interesting. Last night I did a flight and the specks spontaneously disappeared some time between startup and taxi.
bell_rj Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 (edited) It's lighting related. I was flying last night and in some lighting conditions the dirt and scratches are far too prominent. Under other lighting it's all fine. And before some smart alec says "it's realistic", I'll only accept that when there's a keybind and appropriate animation for the pilots hand to clean the MFCDs with a screenwipe...
