I have wingflex, but I must say it is significantly much more stiff. Or at least this has been observed in online gameplay of 2.5. So yes I think there is a problem with wingflex

This is a stiff wing! How much wingflex do you expect on this short wing? That's no 787 and wingflex looks ok to me when comparing it to various RW videos.

I know, but in comparison to the previous versions, the wings flexing and wobbling were more prominent. They were more visible and responsive to the bumps and dents on the ground while taxiing and take off

That was definitely not realistic as the wing shouldn't flex without a significant g-load.

Have you observed the wing while taxiing? The wings bounce with the pavement. And the bounces are smooth, while now it's reduced a lot and it's also stiff. Also during wingflex it's reduced and stiff. That's what I'm trying to say

I've observed the 'bounces' during taxiing only due to the landing gear movement but no wingflex. However the stiff movement looks more inline with RW videos to me.

Well it basically jolts up and down rather than smoothly bounce like it used to in 2.2 and 1.5

That's the way it should be IMO. The shockstruts are rather stiff too IRL.

But it looked and felt so much more realistic before, even if you look at an F/A-18's wings ina real video the shudder and bounce like that

Watched now 3 videos with F/A-18s taxiing around and couldn't see any significant shudder and bounce. Do you have a link?

Ok here I found the perfect video, a 360 degree video of the F-5 from inside the cockpit. The wing wobbling is quite visible here. Also note that stiff wings occur mostly in online gameplay not in single player

Hm, didn't see any wing wobbling or wingflex. I did see the forward end of Sidewinder flex a bit, but not the wing.

I never fly online, only single player and I see the 'stiff' wing as well.

In single player it was better, in online it was visibly stiff

The most interesting thing is that: at the end before he comes to a stop, he is steering with his hand off the stick.

Makes me wonder if the NWS in DCS F-5E is right.
