Nealius Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 We have three threads on this issue, and it seems like everyone has it. Has ED acknowledged it at all?
dresoccer4 Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 (edited) DCS 2.5 NTTR Ground Reflections hey all - i saw there was another post that explained this exact issue, but it seems to have been moved/deleted. i just loaded up NTTR in 2.5 for the first time (been playing it on the alpha for a while) and noticed that there are lots of shiny areas in the desert reflecting the sun that looks like ice or puddles or something else that probably isn't in the middle of the desert :) i can post a pic if need be, but was just wondering if anyone else is noticing this, or if it may be a settings issue? Yes, I've noticed the same thing. The lines between the repeating tiled textures become very obvious in this light too which is unfortunate. You can see them clearly in the screenshot you provided. I hope they get to polish details like this in the future after they deal with some of the more critical issues on their plate.
