Wood Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 (edited) This is not good. Flying the F-5 for a while now and all of a sudden I jump in the pit again only to see nothing. Has anyone seen this. No textures whatsoever. Seen all the threads on the no textures but can't resolve this issue. I have no issue whatsoever with any other aircraft. Nightwolf Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Have you tried just waiting? Ever since the 2.5 update cockpit textures take a lot longer to load in than they used to. Is your game frozen in this state, or are you able to look around and everything? I sometimes have to wait a minute or two for the textures to load. "Fighter pilots have ice in their veins. drPhibes Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 That's not a texture issue. For some reason the cockpit .edm (3d model) isn't showing up. Try repairing DCS.

Thanks for the reply and the actual problem on that. The repair did nothing so I uninstalled the F5 and reinstalled. That seemed to fix the problem. Any idea why that would have happened? Do others not experience this? It takes a while to load this high-poly model... One way to improve it would be install DCS on a SSD to shorten that time.
