ILS for Nellis not for runway 21?

All my references, including the NTTR kneeboard charts, have Nellis's ILS being runway 21 on 109.1.

 

In DCS, the only ILS at Nellis (at least if you're flying the Hawk) appears to be runway 03R the opposite direction from the approach chart published.

Correct , the only RWY at Nellis with ILS is 21L, on 109.10

 

Not sure how the Hawk deals with beacons.

Hawk uses its own navigation file (until VEAO do the version 2.0 Hawk T1A this year) and doesn't use data from the map like all the other modules, so probably best post in their section.
