I'm using triple monitors as well. You don't provide any information here on what you're doing or what trouble you're having.

The monitors all need to be the same resolution, for starters. You can't mix 1440s or anything like that in there.

Aside from that, you just redo whatever you did the first time.

Disable Nvidia surround so everything resets. Then re-enable it, arrange the ID numbers according to how you want them set, and then... you're done. Just like the first time.

I recommend using bezel correction, if possible. Helps with getting rid of the "gap" between screens, especially if you bought monitors with narrow bezels in the first place.

Looks like Windows is only finding two monitors, there should be three.

No, look at his setup in the pictures.

He has four total, the top three configured as one ultrawide, and then a second smaller one in the middle, low, that he's using as an MFD. It LOOKS, as far as I can see from the pictures, like it's already correct.

In the settings under Monitors, you have it set to "1 Screen". This needs to be set to "3 Screen". If you want the lower 4th monitor to display the MFDs, you'll need to create a custom monitor lua file in C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Config\MonitorSetup. I won't go into the specifics, but if you take a look at the LMFCD+Camera+RMFCD.lua file, it should show you how to add in the LEFT_MFCD and RIGHT_MFCD objects to set the position of the left and right MFCDs.
