capthaltli Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 This might be more a sound question than VR, but with my oculus rift, whenever I go to an external view the sound is too loud and I have to physically move the ear buds. In the cockpit the sound level is fine. Anyone have this issue and know how to lower the external sound volume but keep the cockpit sound level the same? Thanks! Gladman Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 I believe its the "World" setting your looking for under the audio tab. Could be wrong but I think so. What I did was put them all to 0 and then reintroduce one at a time until I found it. i9 9900K @ 5.1Ghz - ASUS Maximus Hero XI - 32GB 4266 DDR4 RAM - ASUS RTX 2080Ti - 1 TB NVME - NZXT Kraken 62 Watercooling System - Thrustmaster Warthog Hotas (Virpil Base) - MFG Crosswind Pedals - Pimax 5K+ VFA-25 Fist Of The Fleet [sigpic]http://forums.eagle.ru/signaturepics/sigpic99190_2.gif[/sigpic] Virtual Carrier Strike Group 1 | Discord

Nooch Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 Weird... from my perspective the Rift ear buds tend to lessen the volume difference :noexpression: [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
