How to Hold Weapon? (or is it a bug?)

Hi, I need advice,

I set up HMMWV TOW as JTAC with Weapon Hold option like here:

 

 

But finally this unit destroy self enemy vehicles.

Any idea? It looks like this option dosen't work.

Have you tried moving the action priority up higher? I've been using the same unit as JTAC in Nevada with no problems.

Does it mean ROE command = "Weapon Hold" as the first, not 4th in Advanced Waypoints Command window?

Yes. You should prioritize the commands.
