nwagtmustang Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 I have done some searching. The problem I am having is trimming the aircraft using my hotas warthog. The answers I have found is using long press for the direction you want the aircraft to trim to. I am able to trim the aircraft to a certain point. if I trim too far left it keeps going left and I am unable to trim right wing down. . Its almost it gets locked into the turn and I cant get out of it unless I roll right and have to keep pressure on stick. It just keeps going left. Anyone else have this problem? Any possible solutions? I am able to trim nose up and down without any issues. I have cleared and reset the trim button on the stick numerous times. This happens in free flight mode, ready on the ramp, and carrier landing. Its annoying.

First of all, make sure "Force Feedback" isn't checked in options. Second, double check all axis assignments; what you describe sounds a lot like a double axis assignment, maybe with a toe brake or an XBOX controller or something like that. Finally, which carrier landing? I'm not aware of any such (official) mission with the A-10C. But the above tips should work for the Hornet as well. ;)
