Nice video:thumbup:

 

 

Try using your throttle more and less movement in pitch, once you have trimmed for onspeed in the downwind. Pitch is only to stay onspeed AOA and that's it, that profile gives you the best wing coefficient, so you only need to apply power to gain lift or less power to descend.

 

LSO's can see if your not onspeed by the AOA repeater on the nose wheel.

 

 

Still not a bad landing in those conditions.

You caught the VV nicely when you rolled out downwind. Just get the carrier lights turned on!

I was wondering what those three lights on the nose wheel were for!

 

Too bad they aren't implemented yet, just saying.. ;)

Carrier is going north 000 at 23kts,

time 7:00,

clouds at 6000ft, 10 density and rain,

wind 15kts at 33ft and 31kts at 1600ft, direction 180.

Thank you! Yeah next time for sure, I thought they were on when I spawned but i'm assuming you can get them to be brighter.

You have to radio the carrier that you're inbound for the lights to turn on. Brightness isn't controllable afaik. Nice video though!
