Title says it... here's a screenshot showing how extremely overweight you can make the airplane, 8x 19pod Mk-151s and your aircraft weight is over 64,000.

Loadout manager shows single 19 pod of Mk-151 = 690 lb

Aircraft weight page shows that it weighs 3019lb

While a double rack is a whopping 6100lb

I thought there was a discrepancy between mission-editor weight and DDI checklist weight too. Glad this isn't just me.

That could explain why I had the impression of them making the Hornet a brick... and I was wondering about the DDI checklist weight as well.

Some things that need to be addressed:

- this ^^

- I still have the impression that the rocket pods are too draggy. It's a complete difference to hauling some Mk.82 or even the heavier Mk.83s. At least I imagine they should have the aerodynamic caps on before firing

- possibility to change switch Imperials and SI units in sim, or make it aircraft dependant at least

If that's the case, I think this should be high ED's priority to look into since it might be the/a cause for many of the troubles that people face in landing & takeoff regimes.

Also noticed that when dropping the empty pods including the BRUs, the weight on CLP doesn't change at all. Those pods really need some work to be done.
