G3 Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 was sent these in a pps, so i saved them, uploaded them and linked to them for your viewing pleasure, enjoy. edit: it has become apparent that some of these images are not actually from the above mentioned airshow nor are they necessarily from 2007, sorry for the confusion, i took the info at face value, that will teach me. also hitman is correct, i could have put them all in one thread in different posts, oh well. some awesome pictures none the less.
SuperKungFu Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 yea i got this ppt too, strange that some of these photos are not taken in 2007 in the russian air show. I know one of them is not even taken in russia lol. Some of you may recongize these pics showed up on airliners.net [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
hitman Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 Didnt really have to devote 4 threads for all these pics...one would have been enough.
m0unta1n6uy Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 Why does it matter how many threads he used....you are going to read it whether it is in 1 or 10 ....:) m0untain6uy [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] **Russian aircraft in the Colorado Rockies**

Didnt really have to devote 4 threads for all these pics...one would have been enough. hitman, sorry for the inconvenience, it seems there is a twenty pic limit per post, so i had to split it up after i had already manually saved them from pps, converted to jpeg, uploaded to photobucket one by one, 20 in total at a time, another limit, then copied a link from photobucket and copied it into my post 77 times and manually edited those links in numerical order, only to find it said no no no, 20 pics only per thread, so then i copied all my links to a text folder so i could then copy and paste the relevant links to the images to each of the four threads i made for us to check out. so i must apologize for your 10 mouse clicks  haha (thats 4 to open, 4 go backs and 2 more to tell me the above, not to mention all the scrolling), just having fun with ya :D judging by the shadow and pilot size i am guessing this shot from part 3 is flying less than 2metres from the surface, pretty keen :)
SuperKungFu Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 yea that was the particular photo i was talking about, it was taken in China, not Russia 2007. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
hitman Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 Could keep it in the same thread but on different posts. And that last pic is photoshopped. Its proven to be a fake, even if it is real or not. ;)
G3 Posted May 4, 2007 Author Posted May 4, 2007 hitman, you are correct, post limit not thread limit, i could have posted in the same thread after all. so egg on my face, oh well 16hour shift is my excuse :) superkungfu, in china you say, fair enough, either way its bloody low :) 1
Kuky Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 Its proven to be a fake, even if it is real or not. ;) What kind of sentance is this :music_whistling: How can it be proven to be a fake if its real? 1 PC specs: Windows 11 Home | Asus TUF Gaming B850-Plus WiFi | AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D + LC 360 AIO | MSI RTX 5090 LC 360 AIO | 55" Samsung Odyssey Gen 2 | 64GB PC5-48000 DDR5 | 1TB M2 SSD for OS | 2TB M2 SSD for DCS | NZXT C1000 Gold ATX 3.1 1000W | TM Cougar Throttle, Floor Mounted MongoosT-50 Grip on TM Cougar board, MFG Crosswind, Track IR
Weta43 Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 OH NO NOT THIS AGAIN !!!! Couldn't we skip the arguments & just link to the first thread about this? Cheers.
G3 Posted May 4, 2007 Author Posted May 4, 2007 hitman, if its fake then that is disappointing. kuky, :) a little contradictory, but i think i know what he's saying. superkungu, you seem to know about the images origin, can you expand on it authenticity or lack there of. refocusing on my original intention, which was simply sharing these pics with you guys. a few nice pics of the helo's, frogs, su fighters and lots of planes i for one had never seen or heard of previously, like those twin prop per engine planes, i am assuming that they are counter rotating like the ka-50 heli rotors.
Force_Feedback Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 It's not fake, they're just crazy, but then again, the Russ aerobatics team does the same in a L-39, which has crappy ejection seats. The Su-30s engines are however lower, and the thing is twice of not 3 times the size of a L-39, sooo... They're crazy and we love it. Remember to think in Russian next time you fly your LOPEd su-30 with aim-54s, it will increase your missile's pk. Creedence Clearwater Revival:worthy:
AKULA_OPTIMUS Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 I liked the shots very much, but, it´s true that they are not from an 2007 airshow (not all of them;) ). And not only from different years, but from different shows. For example, I have seen the su-47 ones, two years ago.
