Only have Russian Coms

Hi Guys

Despite changing the setting from Native to English I'm only receiving Russian coms traffic - any suggestions ?

You dont say exactly what setting are you changing, but on Options -> Gameplay you can change only the HUD abreviations:

 

 

 

 

With a custom cockpit you can only change the lettering of the instruments panels and consoles:

 

 

 

 

But for the radio communications, the laguage that the games uses is related to the country you have set for your Su-25 ... if the country is russian, the comms are in russian. To have english, set the country of your plane to Georgia, US or UK.

¿? just tried a Georgian Su-25T and the communication with ATC is in english, please describe in more detail what communication are you doing :)

Avionics language to English

Cockpit to English

Im getting Russian coms traffic

they seem to be the only options I have

might want to be more specific. are you sure the coms traffic is yours? what is your in game coms setting? (right shift + \). Are they set to all coms? could be the reason your still hearing different audio.

It's strange ... if I select Georgia for my Su-25T, I get the ATC in english, like this:

Sorry for my sloppy aircraft handling, have my Hotas setup for the F-18 and it didnt went well with the Su :D

Here is a link to a post I entered a couple years ago that takes care of this. I have found if I just delete the Russian language sound instead of renaming it the game defaults to English:thumbup:

Every update will replace the Russian language sound file, but it's easy enough to delete.
