So not using ATC does not change anything, maybe I am really just to fast. Anyway I do not really see the reason for the Su-25 stopping, as they are pretty far away from me when I start to taxi. I have included a screenshot of the position where they stop. On this I am in the background on taxiway W to avoid them, but my wingman of course does not.

aha, thanks for the screenie, now I can try to replicate the problem.

my best guess is that it could be related to you taxiing on the parallel taxiway that I see on the background.

I will later try your way and see what happens.:thumbup:

The only reason I use the parallel taxiway is, because they block the other. On the first try I was stuck behind them on A and then turned around to get to W.

Try replacing the file in attachment.

In this version of the mission the Su-25 will activate only after you are at least 100mt AGL.

Simply replace the file in the campaign folder.:smilewink:

Thank you for the update, unfortunately my wingman now stops at the same position and the Su-25 will line up behind him after I take off.

I really cannot replicate this one. Have you tried to issue the command “follow route” to your wingman?

I don't need VPC statics any more? Because I just crashed DCS trying to load mission 3, and I forgot to download them.

If you are using the latest uploaded version you do not need VPC statics, I don't have them installed anymore as well and load the mission without problems.:thumbup:

are you by chance running on Open Beta? I've read that AI taxiing is behaving a bit differently in OB.

Recently I found on YT a video series with this Campaign:

 

 

I'd like to update it so it works with the current version of DCS, adding new weather, updated AI units, etc, but unfortunately, this Campaign isn't available anymore at User Files. I contacted its author but as so many years have passed he does not have it anymore 

 

By any chance, does any DCS user of the MiG-21 still have it on his DCS stash and is willing to share it with me?  The Campaign's author gaved me his permission to update it if I can get a copy of it.

Hello all,

An update on my prior post: 

The user @Seasick has kindly provided me with an original copy of this Campaign, so the search is over. So, I sent a copy of the Campaign to its original author, @leonardo_c, so that he can have access to his prior work once again.

I'm still mid-way with editing a MiG-21 training series, this one:

 

 

but as soon as I finish it, I will start with updating this Campaign as the MiG-21 is still one of my favorite DCS modules ... hopefully I will have these projects finished before the Mig-29 arrives
