FoxAlfa Posted November 18, 2018 Posted November 18, 2018 (edited) Hello, I must say that I am loving every minute of the time with the new PFM MiG-29, great work ED! And I have one small request, can radar keep the settings when turned off and on? On the real MiG the PRF, azimuth, and range are hard switches so when you turn off and on the radar, it should keep the settings. This is a very minor issue but it cost time and increases the workload and room for error in combat. Ofc course the nav panel and CM counter are a standard request. Great work again and thank you! FoxAlfa Posted January 12, 2019 Author Posted January 12, 2019 I am not asking for them to change any radar parameters,I just wish for the radar to keep settings if off or switch to EO, since the radar panel switches don't reset either on the real plane. Picture of the control panel included. https://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=201939&stc=1&d=1547302145 ------- All the people keep asking for capabilities to be modelled.... draconus Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 I asked them to limit delta H from -6 to +10, as per panel - they refused. It's irrelevant. They've already done a lot more than was promised. So instead of simply PFM added we have buttons and switches animated, proper nosewheel steering behavior, airbrake usage limitations and such. It may not be in near plans but it's never bad thing to ask for it. Especially such simple additions, well documented and making the module more realistic.
