The transaction seemed completely normal, and then I got this message: Order #654847 of 11/29/2018 23:13:55 has been canceled. The order has been canceled because of unpaid within 3 days I paid with a valid credit card, as I have in past transactions. So, I don't get it. The email says to go to my personal section, but there is no trace of the order there. Who and how do I contact someone so I can find out what happened and not repeat the error in the future?

I've had this happen to me when a transaction fails or hangs. You can even cancel it yourself if you check your order before those 3 days. I'm betting you had an issue and had to try it a 2nd time at check out time?? Just try it again .
Kang Posted December 8, 2018 Posted December 8, 2018 The issues with 'trying again' is that the sale has since ended and it's no longer available at half price. As razo+r said, try and talk to customer support and see if they can help you.
