Harley Davidson Posted January 22, 2019 Posted January 22, 2019 I've tried a few night flights and when using the landing lights the runway isn't illuminated, just a small circle of light below the nose. I can't see anything! Just need it fixed. I've tried this on all maps and same thing happens..

Kang Posted January 22, 2019 Posted January 22, 2019 They should swing out to the front. Is it possible you had them extended before while exceeding 185kts? They'll get stuck rather easily then. Quite frankly, given this rather tight constraint and the fact that they move rather slowly makes me think they aren't very useful at all for landing.
Harley Davidson Posted January 23, 2019 Author Posted January 23, 2019 No, I mean have you flown after 21:00Hrs? Try and you will see what I mean. I'm hoping its just not me. Even starting from the ramp you can extend your landing lights and get the same thing. I've flown earlier toward dusk and they work, just not at night.
