AAR, does the basket push against the jet?

Pull up on the left.

Anti coll light out means cleared behind.

Amber I think meant cleared in it's been a long time.

Green meant you were getting fuel

Flashing green meant you had all they were gonna give you. You don't always get to fill up.

Red break away but I never saw one of those

After you were done pull up on the right side and then off you go.

It was actually easier.

...I would love silent procedures to be implemented so I don't have to use the radio but that might be asking too much...

I don't think it's asking too much. It would probably take one dev 30 sec. to change that.

Same as carrier lights...:smartass:

What? Silent ops isn’t a 30 second job.

Probably not;) For me and few other folks it's as simple as having a tanker flying around with drogue extended and ready to pass some gas... The rest is in our imagination including how much gas per bird, procedures, etc. then again... I'm already used to scrolling through silly menus (in VR) and I can "text" the tanker for clearance:glare:

EMCON Refueling:

Form up in left joined

Tanker observer has an Aldis lamp he's flashing at you

Basically one long flash means you're cleared to the next position

Joined-Astern-Contact-Disconnect-Reform

If the receiver stays in the basket after the disconnect flash, he wants more fuel

Quick flashes on the Aldis mean breakaway

Pod lights are wrong in-game, Amber=Tanker ready. Green=Fuel flow, Red=Hyd failure in pod, plug at your own EXTREME risk (droopy hose-sine wave-more parts/less parts).

The tankers should have the hoses in trail waiting for the receiver if they know they're coming. Would love to see corrected pod lights, hose markings, and trail behavior in the game

Yep. Tanker streams both baskets when intention to refuel. Left basket is "active".

What would also be nice is if the tanker talked to the pilot like he would in real life and warned about up coming turns ;)

100% this! He could also ask my how my day is going... I'm a person, after all.

I couldn't get them to stream the basket on the 1st call want tanker was it that was working.

I have observed it working with the KC130 and 135.

Edit: It might be that the task 'orbit' is required for the baskets to trail when intent to refuel.

Would be nice if the basket did not immediately detach from probe when 'transfer completed'.
