Nonlinear will always give you full axis movement, no matter how the trim is.

Play around with it and you will see the difference. I like nonlinear.

If I select nonlinear my frame rate drops significally, with it off i stay around 60FPS, with it on 15FPS.

Am I the only one?

This shouldn't effect frame rate at all since it has absolutely nothing to do with graphics or display settings.

I know but it happens anyway.

You should select linear anyway for better realism.

Linear is only realistic if you have a FFB stick, if that's not the case then neither are very realistic, but nonlinear will give you better control.
